WEINSTEIN [#905]
Before the Court is the Unopposed Motion for Leave to File Supplemental Briefing in
Support of their Motion to Exclude the Expert Reports and Opinions of Roy Weinstein [#905]
brought by Defendants Google, Inc. and YouTube, LLC. After consideration of same, the Court
finds that it shall be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORED ORDERED that Google, Inc. and YouTube, LLC may file up to a
10 page supplemental brief by midnight on January 14, 2012 and Plaintiff may file up to a 10
page supplemental response by midnight on January 21, 2012 to the Motion to Exclude the
Expert Reports and Opinions of Roy Weinstein [#905].
