(“Google”) and YouTube LLC (“YouTube”) filed their Opposed Motion for Leave for Additional Time to Serve Certain Pretrial Documents. Being well-advised, the Court is of the opinion that the motion is well-taken and should be and is hereby GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that that Google and YouTube serve party-specific deposition designations in amount complying with this Court’s Standing Order no later than January 17, 2012, and further that the following deadlines are amended as indicated below: 1 EVENT CURRENT DEADLINE Google and YouTube to provide partyspecific deposition designations due. none (January 5, 2012 combined Defendants) none (January 12, 2012 for objections and counterdesignations to Defendants’ combined designations) none (January 19, 2012 for combined Defendants) Eolas rebuttal designations and objections to Google and YouTube party-specific deposition testimony due.
