Defendants Google, Inc. (“Google”) and YouTube LLC (“YouTube”) filed their Opposed
Motion for Leave for Additional Time to Serve Certain Pretrial Documents.
Being well-advised, the Court is of the opinion that the motion is well-taken and should
be and is hereby GRANTED. It is therefore
ORDERED that that Google and YouTube serve party-specific deposition designations in
amount complying with this Court’s Standing Order no later than January 17, 2012, and further
