The Court Orders that the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law are due on Monday,
January 23, 2012. The Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law will address liability for
infringement and defenses thereto that are tried to the Bench. Remedies, including exceptional
case, injunctive relief, enhanced damages, attorneys’ fees for a defendant or plaintiff, will be due
at a time to be set after January 23, 2012.
