ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR LEAVE TO EXCEED THE COURT’S
STANDING ORDER FOR DEPOSITION DESIGNATIONS
The Court having considered the Defendants’ Unopposed Motion for Leave to Exceed
the Court’s Standing Order for Deposition Designations and Extend the Deadlines Regarding
Defendants’ Deposition Designations, and finding good cause supporting it, finds the Motion
should be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that leave is granted for Defendants, collectively, to
designate a maximum of twenty-five (25) hours so long as no individual Defendant designates
more than ten (10) hours.
