ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR LEAVE TO EXTEND THE DEADLINES
REGARDING DEFENDANTS’ DEPOSITION DESIGNATIONS
The Court having considered the Defendants’ Unopposed Motion for Leave to Exceed
the Court’s Standing Order for Deposition Designations and Extend the Deadlines Regarding
Defendants’ Deposition Designations, and finding good cause supporting it, finds the Motion
should be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadlines are extended for Plaintiffs’ objections
and counter-designations to January 25, 2012, and for Defendants’ rebuttals to January 30, 2012.
