Before the Court is the parties’ Joint Motion to Include Jury Questionnaire by Mail with
Jury Summons. The Court, having reviewed the motion, and being well advised, finds that the
motion should be GRANTED. It is therefore
ORDERED that the two (2) page jury questionnaire be included with the jury summons
and delivered by mail or otherwise provided to the panel prior to voir dire.
