On March 12, 2012, Plaintiffs The Regents of the University of California and Eolas
Technologies Inc. (“Plaintiffs”) filed their Motion to Correct Judgment Pursuant to Rules 59(e)
and 60(a) [Dkt. No. 1368].

Plaintiffs seek to withdraw their Opposed Motion to Correct

Judgment Pursuant to Rules 59(e) and 60(a), as the parties are jointly filing a Motion to Correct
Judgment Pursuant to Rules 59(e) and 60(a).
Plaintiffs, thus, respectfully request that the Court order Plaintiffs’ Opposed Motion to
Correct Judgment Pursuant to Rule 59(e) and 60(a) [Dkt. No. 1368] withdrawn.
