IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS TYLER DIVISION EOLAS TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED, Plaintiff, vs. ADOBE SYSTEMS INC., et al., Defendants. § § § § § § § § § § § ORDER Defendant, JPMorgan Chase & Co. ("JP Morgan"), has filed a Motion To Dismiss the Indirect Infringement Claims of the First Amended Complaint of Plaintiff Eolas Technologies, Inc.. The Court, having considered the respective papers and argument submitted by JP Morgan and Plaintiff, Eolas Technologies Incorporated, in support of, or in opposition to said motion, finds that the motion is well taken and should be granted; IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that JP Morgan's Motion to Dismiss the Indirect Infringement Claims of the First Amended Complaint of Plaintiff Eolas Technologies, Inc. is hereby granted and the indirect infringement claims asserted by Plaintiff are hereby dismissed.
