Davis JURY TRIAL DEMANDED ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION OF CDW LLC FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO COMPLETE CERTAIN DISCOVERY The Court, having considered the Unopposed Motion of CDW LLC for Extension of Time to Complete Certain Discovery from September 29, 2010 (Dkt. 381) until October 15, 2010 for the rolling document productions and from October 16, 2010 (Dkt. 381) until November 3, 2010 for the exchange of privilege logs, and finding good cause, including CDW LLC's commitment that it will continue to produce documents to Plaintiff on a rolling basis, supporting it, finds the Motion should be granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadline for Defendant CDW LLC to complete its rolling document productions pursuant to Paragraph 2(b) of the Joint Agreed Discovery Order (Dkt. 247) is extended until October 15, 2010 and to exchange privilege logs pursuant to the Docket Control Order (Dkt. 249) is extended until November 3, 2010. CDW LLC is hereby ordered to continue producing documents on a rolling basis as quickly as reasonably possible. Dockets.Justia.com
