The Court, having considered Frito-Lay, Inc.'s and Rent-A-Center, Inc.'s
Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Certain Discovery and finding good cause, including Frito-Lay and Rent-A-Center's commitment that they
will continue
to produce documents to Plaintiff on a rolling basis, supporting it, finds the Motion
should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadline for Frito-Lay, Inc. and Rent-ACenter, Inc. to complete their rolling document productions pursuant to paragraph 2(b)
of
the Joint Agreed Discovery Order (Dkt. No. 247) is extended until October 13, 2010 and
to exchange privilege logs pursuant to the Docket Control Order (Dkt No. 249) is

1,2010. Frito-Lay and Rent-A-Center are hereby ordered
to
continue producing documents on a rolling basis as quickly as reasonably possible.
