IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Extension of Time for the Parties to Serve Privilege Logs Pursuant to Docket Control Order is hereby GRANTED, and that the parties have until November 17, 2010, to exchange their privilege logs. 3 No other deadline applicable to this litigation is affected by this Order. 3 For purposes of clarity, this Order does not alter the December 16, 2010 deadline for Google to serve its privilege log relating to Google Instant.
