ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION OF CDW LLC FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO COMPLETE CERTAIN DISCOVERY The Court, having considered the Unopposed Motion of CDW LLC for Extension of Time to Complete Certain Discovery from October 21, 2010 until October 28, 2010 for responding to plaintiff Eolas' Second Set of Interrogatories (Nos. 6-8), finds the Motion should be granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadline for Defendant CDW LLC to respond to Eolas' Second Set of Interrogatories (Nos. 6-8) will be extended until October 28, 2010.
