Inc. to Complete Certain Discovery extending the deadline for the rolling document productions

from October 29,2010 (Dkt. No. 475) until November 30, 2010, and its deadline to produce

a

privilege log from November 17,2010 (Dkt. No. 462) fo November 30,2010, and finding good
cause supporting it, finds the Motion should be granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadline for Defendant Staples Inc. to complete
its rolling document productions and to produce its privilege log, pursuant to Paragraph 2(b) of
the Joint Agreed Discovery Order (Dkt.247), are extended to November 30, 2010.
