IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadline for Defendant Staples Inc. to complete
its rolling document productions and to produce its privilege log, pursuant to Paragraph 2(b) of
the Joint Agreed Discovery Order (Dkt.247), are extended to January 7,2010 and January 14,
2010, respectively.
