("Eolas") Unopposed Motion for Extension of the December 16, 2010 "Amended Pleadings (pre-claim construction)" Deadline Until January 17, 2011 ("Motion"), finds that good cause having been shown, the Motion should be GRANTED. The deadline for "Amended Pleadings (pre-claim construction)" is hereby extended to January 17, 2011. No other deadline applicable to this litigation is affected by this Order.
