EOLAS' UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF THE DECEMBER 16, 2010 "PROPOSED TECHNICAL ADVISOR" DEADLINE UNTIL DECEMBER 20, 2010 The current deadline for "Proposed Technical Advisors" is December 16, 2010. See dkt. 249. The parties have recently been discussing proposed technical advisors. In light of the ongoing discussions between the parties, and in an effort to reach agreement, Eolas requests that the Court extend the deadline for "Proposed Technical Advisors" until December 20, 2010. This extension may afford the parties the opportunity to reach agreement as to a potential technical advisor. This extension should not impact any other deadlines applicable to this litigation. The defendants do not oppose the relief requested herein. Accordingly, Eolas

respectfully requests that the Court extend the deadline for "Proposed Technical Advisors" until December 20, 2010.
