ORDER GRANTING EOLAS' MOTION TO COMPEL PRODUCTION OF SOURCE CODE FROM GO DADDY The Court, having considered Plaintiff Eolas Technologies Inc.'s Motion to Compel Production of Source Code from Go Daddy ("Motion"), finds that the Motion should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that Go Daddy shall immediately make available for inspection all versions of its source code for the accused websites godaddy.com, radiogodaddy.com, and videos.godaddy.com as they existed from October 6, 2003 onward.
