The Court, having considered the parties' Joint Motion to Set Time for Parties to Exchange Expert Witness Reports, and finding good cause supporting it, finds the Motion should be granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion to Set Time for Parties to Exchange Expert Witness Reports is hereby GRANTED, and that the parties have until May 25, 2011 to exchange expert witness reports for which they bear the burden of proof, and until June 14, 2011 to exchange rebuttal expert witness reports. No other deadline applicable to this litigation is affected by this Order.
