JURY TRIAL DEMANDED ADOBE SYSTEMS, INC., et. al., Defendants. ADOBE SYSTEMS, INC.'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO COMPLY WITH P.R. 3-7 Defendants Adobe Systems, Inc. ("Adobe") respectfully files this unopposed motion for extension of time for Adobe to comply with P.R. 3-7 to furnish documents and privilege logs pertaining to willful infringement. Currently Adobe must comply with P.R. 3-7 by March 25, 2011. Adobe and Plaintiff Eolas Technologies, Inc. ("Eolas") conferred and agreed that Adobe shall have until April 1, 2011 to comply with P.R. 3-7. The granting of this motion will not alter any other case deadline. Accordingly, Adobe respectfully requests that the Court grant this unopposed motion and extend the time for Adobe to comply with P.R. 3-7 to April 1, 2011.
