CITIGROUP'S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHDRAW ALEXAS D. SKUCAS AS COUNSEL OF RECORD Pursuant to Local Rule CV-11(d), Defendant Citigroup, Inc. ("Citigroup") requests that Alexas D. Skucas of the firm King & Spalding, LLP, 1185 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036, be allowed to withdraw as counsel of record for Citigroup in the above-captioned case and that he be removed from the electronic service list in this case as well. Citigroup continues to be represented in this action by counsel of record, including Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell, LLP, 2200 Ross Avenue, Suite 2200, Dallas, TX 75201 and SNR Denton, 1301 K Street, NW Suite 600, East Tower Washington, DC 20005. This withdrawal has been agreed to by Plaintiff Eolas Technologies, Inc. and is not sought for purposes of delay. WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Citigroup respectfully requests that the Court grant this Unopposed Motion to Withdraw.
