The undersigned and Defendant Rent-A-Center move the Court for an order permitting
the withdrawal of Eric W. Buether, Christopher M. Joe and Brian A. Carpenter of the firm of
Buether Joe & Carpenter, LLC from further representation of Rent-A-Center in this action.
Mr. Sanford Warren and Mr. Scott Rhoades of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP
have recently appeared as counsel of record and will substitute in as lead counsel for Rent-ACenter. See Dkt Nos. 636 and 637.

Plaintiff Eolas Technologies Incorporated does not oppose the withdrawal, and the
withdrawal of Eric W. Buether, Christopher M. Joe and Brian A. Carpenter will not have a
materially adverse affect on Rent-A-Center as it remains represented by competent counsel who
are fully capable of representing the interests of Rent-A-Center.
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, the undersigned and Rent-A-Center request
this Court to grant this Motion to Withdraw Buether Joe & Carpenter, LLC as counsel of record
for Rent-A-Center.
