Defendants Google Inc. and YouTube, LLC file this Unopposed Motion to Withdraw as
Counsel and respectfully request that Joshua Van Hoven, be permitted to withdraw herein as
counsel of record for Google Inc. and YouTube, LLC in the above-captioned matter. Google
Inc. and YouTube, LLC consent to this request and said Defendants are currently represented by
other counsel in this matter. No other changes are requested at this time regarding the other
attorneys acting as said defendants’ counsel of record.
Plaintiff does not oppose this motion.
