Defendants Google Inc. and YouTube, LLC file this Unopposed Motion to Withdraw as
Counsel and respectfully request that Robert J. Goldman, be permitted to withdraw herein as
counsel of record for Google Inc. and YouTube, LLC in the above-captioned matter. Google
Inc. and YouTube, LLC consent to this request and Plaintiff is unopposed to this motion. No
other changes are requested at this time regarding the other attorneys acting as said defendants’
counsel of record.
Google Inc. and YouTube, LLC also request that the clerk discontinue all CM/ECF
notices to the attorney who is withdrawing.
