Defendant Adobe Systems Incorporated (“Adobe”) files this Unopposed Motion to
Withdraw as Counsel and respectfully requests that Joseph P. Reid, be permitted to withdraw as
counsel of record for Adobe in the above-captioned matter. Adobe consents to this request and
Plaintiff is unopposed to this motion. No other changes are requested at this time regarding the
other attorneys acting as said defendant’s counsel of record.
Adobe also requests that the clerk discontinue all CM/ECF notices to Joseph P. Reid
