ORDER GRANTING EOLAS’ UNOPPOSED MOTION TO PROCEED WITH
CERTAIN DEPOSITIONS WITH RESPECT TO DEFENDANT YAHOO! INC.
The Court, having considered Eolas Technologies Inc.’s (“Plaintiff”) Unopposed Motion
to Proceed with Certain Depositions with Respect to Defendant Yahoo! Inc., and finding good
cause supporting it, finds the Motion should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Eolas may proceed with the depositions of Chris
Motes and Paul Fischer on Thursday, July 7, 2011, notwithstanding the collective 350 hour
deposition limitation in the discovery order.
