AS COUNSEL OF RECORD
Defendants Amazon.com, Inc., eBay Inc., and Yahoo! Inc. (“Defendants”) filed their
Unopposed Motion to Withdraw Matthew D. Powers as Counsel of Record. The Court is of the
opinion that such motion should be GRANTED.
It is therefore ORDERED that Matthew D. Powers is withdrawn as counsel of record for
Defendants Amazon.com, Inc., eBay Inc. and Yahoo! Inc. in the above-captioned case, and shall
be removed from the electronic service list in this case.
