Pursuant to the current Docket Control Order (Dkt. No. 670), the deadline to exchange
trial witness lists is July 29, 2011. Plaintiff Eolas and Defendants have agreed to extend this
deadline through and including August 12, 2011.
Defendants, therefore, respectfully request that the Court grant Plaintiff Eolas and the
