ORDER GRANTING EOLAS’ OPPOSED MOTION FOR LEAVE TO SUPPLEMENT
ITS P.R. 3-1 INFRINGEMENT CONTENTIONS WITH RESPECT TO
GOOGLE MUSIC AND GOOGLE+
The Court, having considered Eolas Technologies Inc.’s Motion to Leave to Supplement
Its Infringement Contentions to Include Google’s Google Music and Google+, finds good cause
having been shown, the motion is meritorious and should be GRANTED. Within three days of
this Order, Eolas shall supplement its infringement contentions to include Google Music and
Google+. Within 10 days of this Order, Google shall supplement its interrogatory responses and
provide responsive non-privileged documents related to Google Music and Google+.
