The Go Daddy Group, Inc. (“Go Daddy”) filed its Motion for Summary Judgment of Non-Infringement on July 25, 2011 (Dkt. No. 790). Pursuant to the Local Rules, Eolas’ Opposition Brief is due August 11, 2011. II. Eolas and Go Daddy (hereinafter “the parties”) have further discussed extending the deadline for Eolas’ Opposition Brief. Therefore, Eolas respectfully requests an extension of time to file its Opposition Brief to Go Daddy’s Motion for Summary Judgment of Non-Infringement until August 16, 2011. II. This motion is not for delay but so that justice may be done.
