ORDER AND JUDGMENT OF DISMISSAL
The foregoing stipulation is hereby approved and IT IS ORDERED that all claims by
Plaintiffs Eolas Technologies Incorporated against Defendants eBay Inc. are hereby dismissed
with prejudice, and all claims by eBay Inc. against Eolas Technologies Incorporated are hereby
dismissed with prejudice pursuant to and in accordance with a settlement and license agreement
executed on August 8, 2011. Each of the foregoing parties shall bear its own costs and attorneys'
fees with respect to these claims.
LET JUDGMENT BE ENTERED ACCORDINGLY.
