STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL
Plaintiff Eolas Technologies Incorporated (“Eolas”) on the one hand, and Defendant,
Apple Inc. (“Apple”) on the other hand (together, the “Parties”), each acting through their duly
authorized undersigned counsel of record, pursuant to a settlement agreement, hereby stipulate
that all claims by Eolas against Apple, and all claims by Apple against Eolas in this action are
hereby dismissed with prejudice, and that an order of dismissal to this effect may be entered
forthwith. Each of the aforementioned parties shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees with
respect to these claims.
