ORDER
Before the Court is Plaintiff Eolas Technologies Incorporated’s Motion to Set Hearing
and Expedite Briefing. After careful consideration, the Court is of the opinion that the Motion is
meritorious and should be granted.
It is therefore ORDERED that oral argument on Eolas’ Motion for Leave to File
Amended Complaint to Add The Regents of the University of California as a Co-Plaintiff
(“Motion for Leave”) (Dkt. No. 890) will be heard as part of the already scheduled hearing set
for August 31, 2011 at 1pm. Defendants are ordered to file their brief in opposition to Eolas’
Motion for Leave no later than Monday August 29, 2011.
