Inc., and YouTube, LLC (collectively, “Defendants”), respectfully file the below unopposed motion to extend the deadline to serve rebuttal expert reports. All parties have been working diligently towards the service of rebuttal expert reports. To accomplish this in an efficient manner, the parties request an extension of time for service of rebuttal expert reports by one week, making this deadline Tuesday, September 6, due to the Labor Day holiday. The parties have met and conferred and this Motion is unopposed.
