JOINT MOTION TO DISMISS DEFENDANT PLAXO, INC. WITH PREJUDICE UNDER FED. R. CIV. P. 41(a)(2) Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2), Plaintiffs Stragent, LLC and SeeSaw Foundation and Defendant Plaxo, Inc. ("Plaxo") jointly move the Court to dismiss with prejudice all claims asserted by and between Plaintiffs and Plaxo in this action. Plaintiffs and Plaxo will each bear their own costs, expenses and legal fees. This dismissal does not affect any other named defendants. Respectfully submitted,
