JOINT MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINES Plaintiffs Stragent, LLC and SeeSaw Foundation (collectively, "Plaintiffs") and Defendants Gannett Co., Inc., MTV Networks, Viacom Inc., Myspace, Inc., and Classmates Online, Inc. (collectively, "Defendants") hereby file this Joint Motion to Extend Deadlines. Pursuant to the Court's Order (Dkt. 92), this case has been set for a status conference on January 4, 2011. The parties respectfully request that the Court extend certain deadlines as follows: Deadline Comply with P.R. 3-1 and P.R. 3-2 Disclosure of Asserted Claims and Infringement Contentions due. January 10, 2011 Thereafter, it is necessary to obtain leave of Court to add and/or amend infringement contentions, pursuant to Patent Rule 3-6. The requested extensions will not affect other deadlines previously set by the Court, and the parties respectfully move the Court to extend the deadlines as set forth above.
