MOTION TO WITHDRAW AARON J. PICKELL AS ATTORNEY COMES NOW Plaintiff, Pervasive Software Inc. ("Pervasive"), and hereby moves the Court for leave to withdraw Aaron J. Pickell as attorney of record for Pervasive Software Inc. The reason for Mr. Pickell's withdrawal is that he is leaving Daffer McDaniel, LLP. In support of this motion, Charles D. Huston and Stacy L.
