Defendant Symantec Corporation ("Defendant" or "Symantec Corporation") hereby moves for an extension of time in which to file its response to Plaintiffs Uniloc USA, Inc. and Uniloc (Singapore) Private Limited's Motion to Substitute Parties Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 25(c) [Docket No. 98]. The deadline to respond to Plaintiffs' Motion is currently March 7, 2011. Symantec Corporation requests that the deadline be extended up to and including March 18, 2011.
