Having considered CA Inc.’s (“CA”) Unopposed Motion For Leave To File Under Seal
Defendant CA, Inc.’s Motion to Strike Exhibit B to Plaintiffs’ Preliminary Patent Infringement
Contentions and Supporting Memorandum of Law and Accompanying Declarations, the Court
finds CA’s Motion should be GRANTED.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that CA’s Motion to Strike Exhibit B to Plaintiffs’
Preliminary Patent Infringement Contentions and Supporting Memorandum of Law and
accompanying declarations may be filed under seal.
