COMES NOW, Defendant CA, Inc. (“CA”) and files this Unopposed Motion for
Extension of Time to File Reply in Support of Its Motion to Strike Exhibit B to Plaintiffs’
Preliminary Patent Infringement Contentions in said cause and in support of such motion would
respectfully request an extension as follows.
The current deadline for CA to file its reply is August 1, 2011. CA has requested and
Plaintiffs have agreed to an extension of this deadline until August 8, 2011.
