SERVE INITIAL DISCLOSURES
COMES NOW, Defendant CA, Inc. (“CA”) and files this Unopposed Motion for
Extension of Time to Serve Initial Disclosures in said cause and in support of such motion would
respectfully request an extension as follows.
The current deadline for CA to serve its initial disclosures is August 1, 2011. CA has
requested and Plaintiffs have agreed to an extension of this deadline until August 8, 2011.
