AGREED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR SYMANTEC CORPORATION
AND XTREAMLOK, PTY TO COMPLY WITH P.R. 3-3 AND 3-4
Symantec Corporation (“Symantec”) and XtreamLok, Pty (“XtreamLok”) respectfully
file this agreed motion for extension of time to comply with P.R. 3-3 and 3-4 to furnish invalidity
contentions and accompanying document production.
Currently Symantec and XtreamLok must comply with P.R. 3-3 and 3-4 by August 15,
2011. Symantec and XtreamLok have conferred with Plaintiffs, and the parties have agreed that
Symantec shall have until and including August 26, 2011 to comply with P.R. 3-3 and 3-4.

Moreover, the parties recognize an extension of time is warranted, is in the interest of justice,
and is not for purposes of delay.
Accordingly, Symantec and XtreamLok respectfully request that the Court grant this
Agreed Motion for Extension of Time for Symantec Corporation and XtreamLok, Pty to Comply
with P.R. 3-3 and 3-4.
