COMES NOW, Defendant CA, Inc. (“CA”) and files this Unopposed Motion to
Withdraw in said cause and respectfully requests the Court withdraw CA’s participation in the
Motion to Transfer Venue (Dkt.113) and its Motion to Strike Exhibit B to Plaintiffs’ Preliminary
Patent Infringement Contentions (Dkt. 162).
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, CA prays that the Court enter the attached
order and withdraw CA’s participation in the Motion to Transfer Venue and its Motion to Strike
Exhibit B to Plaintiffs’ Preliminary Patent Infringement Contentions.
