[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING AGREED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF
TIME FOR DEFENDANT FILEMAKER, INC. TO FILE ITS RESPONSE IN
OPPOSITION TO PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER
Defendant FileMaker, Inc. (“FileMaker”) filed its Agreed Motion for Extension of Time
for FileMaker to file its Response in Opposition to Plaintiffs’ Uniloc USA, Inc. and Uniloc
Singapore Private Limited (collectively “Uniloc”) Motion for Entry of Protective Order (Dkt.
No. 200) from the current deadline of August 19, 2011, up to and including August 26, 2011.
Such motion is GRANTED.
Accordingly, IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that FileMaker shall have up to and
including August 26, 2011 to file its Opposition.
