COMES NOW Plaintiff, Pervasive Software Inc. (“Pervasive”), and hereby moves the
Court for leave to withdraw Stacy L. Zoern as attorney of record for Pervasive Software Inc. Ms.
Zoern has resigned her full-time position at Daffer McDaniel, LLP. Charles D. Huston of Daffer
McDaniel, LLP will remain as attorney of record for Pervasive.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays that the Court grant this Unopposed Motion to Withdraw
Stacy L. Zoern as attorney of record for Pervasive.
