ORDER OF DISMISSAL OF SAFENET, INC., ALADDIN KNOWLEDGE
SYSTEMS, INC., AND ALADDIN KNOWLEDGE SYSTEMS LTD.
On this date, the Court considered the Agreed Motion to Dismiss SafeNet, Inc., Aladdin
Knowledge Systems, Inc., and Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd. After considering the motion,
the Court is of the opinion that it has merit and should be granted.
Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that all claims and counterclaims asserted in this
suit between or among Plaintiffs Uniloc USA, Inc. and Uniloc Singapore Private Limited, on the
one hand, and Defendants SafeNet, Inc., Aladdin Knowledge Systems, Inc., and Aladdin
Knowledge Systems Ltd., on the other hand, are hereby dismissed with prejudice, with all
attorneys’ fees and costs of court to be borne by the party who incurred them.
