(USA) Inc. (collectively, “Sony Ericsson”) for leave to file under seal certain letter briefs
submitted on November 4, 2011. The Court is of the opinion that the motion should be
GRANTED.
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED
that the letter briefs submitted by Ericsson and Sony
Ericsson on November 4, 2011, shall be filed under seal.
