UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHDRAW INGE LARISH AS ATTORNEY
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
COMES NOW Counsel for HTC Corporation, HTC America, Inc., and Exedea, Inc.
(collectively “HTC”) and files this unopposed motion to withdraw Inge Larish as counsel for
HTC.
HTC continues to be represented by Eric H. Findlay and Brian Craft of the law firm
Findlay Craft, LLP and by Daniel Yannuzzi and Martin Bader of the law firm Sheppard, Mullin,
Richter & Hampton and will not be prejudiced by the withdrawal of Inge Larish.
Wherefore, counsel for HTC respectfully requests the Court to enter an order discharging
Inge Larish as an attorney of record, and granting such other relief as the Court may deem
proper.
