UNOPPOSED MOTION TO AMEND DOCKET CONTROL ORDER
Plaintiff Wi-LAN Inc. (“Wi-LAN”) brings this unopposed Motion to Amend the Docket
Control Order (Dkt. Nos. 99, 216, 226) and would respectfully show the Court the following:
The Ericsson defendants and Wi-LAN have stipulated to extend the date for WiLAN’s infringement expert report concerning the Ericsson defendants to October 5, 2012,
and Ericsson’s responsive expert report concerning non-infringement to November 2, 2012.
The proposed modification is necessary to permit the parties to complete certain technical
discovery. All other dates currently specified by the Docket Control Order would remain
unchanged, with the relevant pre-trial and trial dates unaffected. Accordingly, Wi-LAN
respectfully requests that the Court enter the attached proposed Order effecting the above
stipulation.
