UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHDRAW MOTION TO COMPEL [DOCKET NO. 241]
On October 30, 2012, Defendants filed a motion to compel [Docket No. 241] the
production of certain documents that they believe Plaintiff improperly withheld from discovery.
Following the filing of that motion, the parties had further communications and reached an
agreement to withdraw the motion. Accordingly, Defendants respectfully request permission to
withdraw the motion. Plaintiff does not oppose this motion.
For the reasons stated, Defendants hereby move to withdraw their Motion to Compel
[Docket No. 241].
