GRANTING PLAINTIFF WI-LAN’S MOTION TO STRIKE
DEFENDANTS’ LETTER BRIEFS
Before the Court is the Plaintiff’s Motion to Strike Defendants’ Letter Briefs. Having
considered the arguments presented by the parties, the Court is of the opinion that the Plaintiff’s
Motion should be GRANTED.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED. The Clerk is directed to
strike docket nos. 277, 280, and 287 and any other untimely letter brief filed by Defendants in
this matter.
